Principal Consultant - Business Analyst

Suavis is currently seeking a Principal Consultant\Business Analyst with prior consulting experience to join the growing Customer Experience Practice and Digital Transformation team. As a qualified candidate, you should possess significant hands-on experience working on a CRM platform, either in a lead role or have the ambition to transition into one. Your passion for leadership, whether demonstrated through your platform expertise or project management skills, is a key asset that we are looking for to strengthen our expanding team. In this role, your responsibilities will include defining project roadmaps for client initiatives, providing consultation on solution best practices, serving as a subject matter expert, advising on change management strategies, engaging in pre-sales activities for RFPs and SOWs, overseeing client communication, leading business process discovery workshops, and managing application build, test, and deploy activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying interdependencies among project work streams, creating project deliverables and standards, and planning post-go-live support activities. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a consulting firm or professional services division of a software company in a business analyst/consulting role. You should also possess at least 6 years of hands-on experience working on CRM or ERP platforms, with proficiency in various CRM software packages such as Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Oracle On-Demand, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, SugarCRM, or similar systems. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders and team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and skill development, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, a proven track record of engaging with senior management as a subject matter expert, and strong presentation and solution design capabilities.
