Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Business Analy s t In this role, Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements and assisting in the analysis and design of laboratory workflows and procedures. Responsibilities Process Mapping: Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. Business Process Re-engineering: Re-engineer business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment. Automation Opportunity Evaluation: Assess and identify opportunities for automation within business processes, and develop business cases to support automation initiatives. Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new processes and automation solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure their needs are understood and addressed, and to secure buy-in for process improvements and automation initiatives. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and changes to ensure transparency and traceability. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis and process re-engineering methodologies. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business process re-engineering. Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation. Ability to evaluate and identify automation opportunities within business processes. Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications BE/ B tech. / MCA / MSc. / BSc.
