Description
Role Description Honest AI is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and deployment of cutting-edge AI systems for enterprise-grade automation solutions. This senior technical leader will: Architect and implement scalable AI/ML solutions, including deep learning and reinforcement learning systems. Drive development of advanced models (transformers, GANs, graph neural networks) using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Lead code quality, performance optimization, and technical design reviews. Write robust, production-level code in Python, with performance-critical components in C++ or Java. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless AI integration and scalability. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong track record of deploying production AI systems. Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning architectures, and large-scale data processing. Advanced coding skills in Python, with proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with C++ or Java. Strong background in distributed systems, cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience designing AI/ML pipelines, MLOps frameworks, and model lifecycle management. Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
