Job Description

A Day in the Life

As a Principal PD Project Management Specialist, you will be a recognized expert and individual contributor responsible for independently leading complex, cross-functional product development programs. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure predictable, high-quality execution across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product development and lifecycle management projects
Own end-to-end project execution from initiation through delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality
Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, functional leadership, and stakeholders
Drive process implementation for new and existing products and services
Track and report project status, schedules, risks, and budgets
Proactively identify issues and develop resolution strategies
Lead requirements planning, elicitation, and management
Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and alignment across all phases of delivery

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (required)
15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or
12+ years of experience with a Master’s degree, or
8+ years of experience with a PhD
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional development programs in a regulated environment
