Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Business, or related fields. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary research roles. - Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, or equivalent). - Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods. - Experience in survey design and data collection techniques. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and project management abilities. - Ability to present research findings to diverse audiences. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools. - Familiarity with ethical issues in research practices. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Prior industry experience (e.g., healthcare, technology) is a plus. - Knowledge of customer segmentation and market analysis techniques.
