Qualification: BE/BTech, 6-8 years Job Role : Pricing strategist We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Pricing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement pricing strategies for Parts & Accessories that drive profitability and market competitiveness. As a Pricing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor actions, ensuring our pricing aligns with our business goals and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Execute Pricing Strategies: Formulate pricing strategies for new and existing products that maximize profitability and MSIL Parts & Accessories market share. Implement pricing models that reflect the value of our offerings. - Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand pricing trends, competitor pricing, and customer value perception. Utilize this data to inform pricing decisions. - Pricing Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of pricing strategies, adjusting as needed to optimize revenue and margins. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Parts & Accessories sales and marketing teams, finance, and product development teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives and market realities. - Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior to refine pricing approaches and enhance customer satisfaction. - Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial analyses to support pricing decisions, including cost analysis, profitability assessments, and revenue forecasts. - Policy Development: Develop and enforce pricing policies and guidelines to maintain pricing integrity and consistency across all channels. - Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate pricing documentation and provide regular reports on pricing performance and adjustments to senior management. - Internal and external audit coordination - System and Process Improvement Qualifications: - Education: Engineering. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - Experience: Understanding of Parts & Accessories OE market dynamics. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives.
