Position: Pricing & Quality Analyst Locations: Azadpur Mandi Delhi Bowenpally Market – Hyderabad Solan – Himachal Pradesh Nawalgarh – Rajasthan Sangamner – Maharashtra About the Role We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Pricing & Quality Analysts to join our on-ground sourcing intelligence team. You will play a key role in collecting and reporting real-time data on vegetable pricing and quality across key agricultural markets. This role is essential to driving accurate pricing, purchasing, and quality decisions at Urban Farms Co. Key Responsibilities Visit the assigned mandi/market daily to collect real-time pricing and quality data for vegetables. Coordinate and share accurate daily updates with the central sourcing team Maintain and update daily pricing logs. Identify crop phases, seasonal availability, and price shifts. Benchmark Urban Farms’ prices against market trends. Participate in joint purchasing quality reviews weekly to evaluate product standards. Prepare basic reports using tools like MS Excel to support purchasing and pricing decisions. Requirements Must speak Hindi and the local language of the assigned region. Strong attention to detail and consistency in data reporting. Familiarity with local mandi operations preferred. Background in agriculture, sourcing, or retail will be an added advantage.
