Duties and responsibilities Responsible for the Sea department P&L & operational KPIs. Building a strong bond between existing agents/shipping lines & adding new agents/ shipping lines to our list. Working on rate improvement to reduce cost and increase revenue. Regular communication with the sales team to understand the market rate. Supporting sales to meet the customer's target.
