Pricing Executive - Import / Export

As a Pricing Executive specializing in import and export operations at Mega Move India Private Limited in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, your primary responsibility will be to prepare competitive pricing for freight forwarding services across sea, air, and road modes. You will work closely with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and other vendors to secure the best possible rates and analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure cost-effective and profitable quotes. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing timely quotations for RFQs/RFPs, maintaining a database of freight rates and vendor contracts, and collaborating with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention strategies. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in pricing and quotation within the freight forwarding industry. A good understanding of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs clearance processes is essential, along with a strong vendor and agent network in the industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication, as well as the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines are also required.
