Job Description

Key responsibilities: 1. Design tour packages and calculate costs and prices for itineraries 2. Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to create new itineraries in the Africa tourism market 3. Negotiate with vendors/partners & optimize component costs 4. Work with the accounts team to compute costs/revenues of booked tours 5. Work with product and engineering teams to design/update/maintain tools for sharing prices with the sales team and agents Skill(s) required: Accounting Advanced Excel English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Google Workspace Mathematics MS-Excel Other requirements 1. University education - any graduate 2. Computer/Technology literate - able to use basic computer applications, including docs, spreadsheets, Excel, etc. 3. Experience in a small or startup company is a bonus 4. Strong verbal and written English communication skills 5. Excellent collaborative skills and negotiation skills 6. Organization and time management skills 7. Self-motivated and quick learner 8. Well-traveled with a love for nature and wildlife or outdoor activities 9. Excellent Mathematical Aptitude with a knack for Research to analyze competition 10. A reliable and fast internet connection to ensure seamless communication and remote work capabilities 11.
