Set and sustain a Continuous Improvement culture within the Product Line. Key Responsibilities Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Creates all required conditions for the team to work safely and checks that all team members and visitors are respecting the HSE rules, Develops HSE training and communication (weekly HSE meetings, yellow cards, STOP cards, etc.), Ensures that all safety and housekeeping standards are adequate to achieve a safe work environment, Create all required conditions to avoid any long-term incident (LTI), analyzes the root cause of any LTI and implement corrective action plans; Ensures that the manufactured products respect the customer specifications and interrupts the manufacturing of products with non-conformity, Checks that all products with non-conformity are under control and organizes corrective action plan. As a Mechanical Engineer at TDW, your role involves designing, developing, customizing, implementing, testing, and sustaining TDW products and service solutions for customer applications. You will work independently and collaborate with a team of mechanical engineers and other engineering specialties to deliver finished systems or products. Key Responsibilities: - Apply engineering principles to design components, products, tests, and systems. - Document design calculations, tolerance analysis, concept development, 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and design activities. - Assist in creating product documents like build and operating/maintenance manuals. - Complete engineering change requests to enhance documentation and design. - Estimate durations for application development, assist with prototype assemblies and validation processes, and meet deadlines. - Assist with test programs by developing plans, running tests, and compiling test results and analysis reports. - Report to the engineering manager and work under the guidance of senior engineers.
