Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Market Analysis: Develop and execute strategies for land acquisition and property development, conduct market research, and evaluate potential opportunities. ​Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the real estate department, including tenant relations, lease management, and property maintenance. ​ Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and external business partners.. ​Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the real estate team to achieve high performance and career growth. ​Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Buisness, Real Estate, Or a related field Preferred.(BBA,MBA,etc) Must be based in Noida and have a strong understanding of the local area. 5+ years of experience in real estate is mandatory.
