Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Technical role located in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and collaborating with sales teams to propose IT hardware and solutions. Additional responsibilities include responding to RFPs, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the design and customization of hardware solutions to meet client needs. The role demands a customer-focused approach and the ability to consult on suitable IT systems and devices.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored IT hardware solutions.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interface with clients effectively and build strong relationships.
• Consulting and Presales abilities to present and propose technical solutions that align with client objectives.
• Knowledge of IT hardware and networking devices, rental IT solutions, and licensing products is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to client-specific requirements.
• Prior experience in IT Presales roles will be an advantage.
