Job Description

As a Sales Engineer at Trend Micro, you will be part of a high-performance team focusing on cutting-edge technology solutions related to cybersecurity. You will work with technologies such as cloud native application security, Devsecops, XDR, unified endpoint security, network security, and email security. Your role will evolve from being an evangelist to a cybersecurity consultant, establishing strong relationships with customers as a reliable advisor and technologist. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Guiding customers in selecting and deploying Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions - Providing leadership in security architecture - Influencing customers" technical strategy - Being a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and technology gaps Key Responsibilities: - Understand the customer journey with the product, ensuring a smooth experience - Focus on customer success throughout engagement, onboarding, and product experience - Train and enhance selling skills of the sales organization - Engage with cybersecurity partners like SOC services partners, cloud service partners, and MSSPs - Collaborate with channel partners for customer engagement - Stay updated on new products and technologies, delivering engaging technical demonstrations - Work closely with Product Managers to stay current on product/technology knowledge - Deliver training to customers and prospects on Trend Micro solutions - Collaborate with technical support for quality support - Contribute to departmental best practices and strategies - Engage in continuous self-improvement and learning - Participate in webinars, workshops, and industry events Qualifications Required: - Rich experience in delivering high-quality presales support and solutions - Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, SASE, CASB, and Zero Trust model - Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, AWS services - Exposure to security software solutions such as Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion Prevention, Encryption, Data Leakage Prevention, and Monitoring Security - Good written and spoken communication skills in English - Strong interest in cybersecurity and a passion for customer security - Excellent understanding of public cloud technologies like AWS and Azure,
