Presales Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming leads and inquiries

• Understand buyer requirements and qualify leads through discovery calls

• Share relevant brochures, pricing, and project details to help users make informed decisions

• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule site visits and ensure timely follow-ups

• Maintain accurate lead data and updates using CRM tools

• Build trust and nurture relationships that contribute to sales conversions

• Stay informed about market trends, ongoing projects, and developer updates

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening skills and ability to guide users with empathy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads

• Prior experience in real estate is a plus

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel is an added advantage
