Job description Role & Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for incoming leads and inquiries Understand buyer requirements and qualify leads through discovery calls Share relevant brochures, pricing, and project details to help users make informed decisions Coordinate with internal teams to schedule site visits and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain accurate lead data and updates using CRM tools Build trust and nurture relationships that contribute to sales conversions Stay informed about market trends, ongoing projects, and developer updates Preferred Candidate Profile 6 months to 4 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening skills and ability to guide users with empathy Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads Prior experience in real estate is a plus Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel is an added advantage Perks and Benefits Competitive CTC up to 4 LPA Opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in the real estate space Structured learning and growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Weekday off for better flexibility (weekend working) Exposure to the full customer journey in a high-impact role Role & responsibilities
1-2 yrs exp in videography + graphic design Exp in tools like Figma , Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects , Illustrator , Photoshop , and Recraft Designing and animating social media content , email GIFs , micro-videos , reels , interactive visuals, banners
Manage leads, maintain CRM, and drive conversions. 1+ year in sales/client roles required. Strong communication & Excel skills a must. Salary 25K + incentives.
