Presales Solutions Lead

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Role: Pre Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, delivery, and client teams to analyze business challenges and design transformation-led solutions leveraging RPA, AI, low-code platforms, and BPM tools.
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution design, RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, effort estimation, and client-facing presentations.
• Build high-level solution architectures incorporating technologies such as Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Python, and Generative AI.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and proof-of-concepts to validate solution feasibility and demonstrate business impact.
• Collaborate with domain SMEs and architects to develop scalable solution blueprints tailored to enterprise landscapes.
• Support smooth post-sales transitions by working closely with delivery and transition teams to ensure execution readiness.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates, accelerators, and solution assets to improve win rates and reduce proposal turnaround time.

Required Skills & Experience

• 610 years of experience in solutioning, pre-sales, or transformation consulting, including 4+ years in BFS/BPO domains.
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies (RPA UiPath, Automation Anywhere), AI, and low-code platforms (Power Platform, etc.).
• Proven track record in large deal pursuits, client orals, and CXO-level solution presentations.
• Understanding of digital operations in the banking sector (preferred).
• Expertise in estimation models, delivery frameworks, transformation levers, and commercial constructs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong documentation, proposal writing, and content development skills.
• Certifications in UiPath, Power Platform, or AI technologies are an advantage.
