Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Presales Power Platform Specialist to join our IT Services & Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) and a strong background in presales activities, solution designing, and client engagement. You will play a key role in driving business growth by understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, preparing technical proposals, and supporting sales teams in closing deals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify business opportunities related to Microsoft Power Platform solutions.Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.Design and architect customized Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) that address client needs.Prepare and deliver compelling presales presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) to clients and stakeholders.Develop technical proposals, solution documents, and cost estimates in alignment with client expectations and company offerings.Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project implementation.Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.Support RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes with technical inputs and clarifications.Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and Microsoft account teams.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior presales and sales teams.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop collateral, case studies, and customer success stories.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.5 to 8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting with a focus on presales and solution architecture.Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.Proven track record of successful presales engagements and technical solution delivery.Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform (e.g., PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems integration is a plus.Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure is advantageous.Skills & Competencies:Deep understanding of Power Platform capabilities, architecture, and licensing models.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design scalable solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Client-centric mindset with strong negotiation and influencing skills.Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.Good project management and time management skills.
