Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Manager (Corporate Events) to support the corporate events sales team. This role involves understanding client requirements, preparing tailored proposals and presentations, supporting business development efforts, and helping convert leads into clients. You will work closely with the Business Development and Production teams to ensure the smooth planning and execution of pitches and proposals. Strong market knowledge with a robust client database and industry contacts. Key Responsibilities: Proposal & Pitch Support: Create compelling proposals, concept notes, presentations, and cost estimates for corporate events. Assist the sales team in responding to client briefs. Client Understanding: Interpret client requirements and translate them into event concepts with support from internal teams. Conduct client research to personalize proposals and improve win rates. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with internal teams (production, creative, design,) to gather relevant information for proposals. Follow up on proposal submissions and maintain updated documentation on progress. Market & Data Research: Research corporate trends, competitor offerings, and event case studies to support pitches. Maintain and update the database of prospective clients, leads, and proposal templates. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of all proposals submitted, including budgets, feedback, and closure status. Prepare weekly pre-sales activity reports and share insights with the sales team. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace Good understanding of corporate event formats (conferences, R&R, offsites, launches, etc.) 3 + years of relevant experience in managing and acquiring corporate clients for events Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple briefs simultaneously A team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Prior experience in pre-sales in the corporate events Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, , Business Administration, or Event Management or related fields. share your resume - hr@silverstem.in Show more Show less
