Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Kolkata. The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include interacting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of Shriram Properties. The role requires close collaboration with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to sale closure.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
