Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver an efficient sales pitch through inbound and outbound calls and generate maximum site visits.

  • To qualify leads as per the pre-defined parameters


  • Educate customers on the current projects and book appointments for site visits and Aggressively and timely follow-up with prospective customers .


  • Effective and consistent use of lead management system


  • Ensure adherence to call quality feedback from presales manager To achieve pre-defined daily TAT (inbound/outbound) as agreed with Pre Sales Manager


  • To maintain pre-defined lead to site visit conversion target


  • Cross sell as and when suitable for enquiries - inbound and outbound


  • Ensure all relevant information captured in interaction with prospect customers to enable further strategy on follow up. Well aware of brand and usage of relevant collaterals for all leads
