Role & responsibilities

A Presales Executive in the real estate industry is

Key Responsibilities:

Interacting with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and providing relevant property information
Maintain and update CRM tools to track sales activities and performance.
Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
Delivering detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
Arranging and coordinating site visits for potential clients to showcase properties.
Developing and delivering compelling sales pitches to convert leads into clients.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and support to streamline the sales process and improve customer experience.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and facilitate the sales process.
Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage interactions, and analyze sales performance.
