About Nestaway

NestAway Technologies is a tech-enabled real estate platform redefining how people rent, buy, and sell homes. As part of our expansion in the resale market (primary and secondary properties), we are hiring dynamic sales professionals to connect with buyers and drive property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective homebuyers from our lead database

Pitch resale properties (both primary and secondary) and explain features, pricing, and benefits Understand buyer needs and recommend suitable listings

Coordinate and schedule property site visits

Negotiate with buyers and sellers to close deals successfully

Maintain lead status, notes, and progress in CRM tools

Stay updated on market trends, inventory, and local area developments

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

Minimum 13 years of outbound or telesales experience (real estate preferred)

Fluent in Marathi, with good communication in Hindi and English

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Knowledge of the local property market is a plus

Comfortable working weekends (week off on Tuesday)

Self-driven and target-oriented
