The position of Pre-Sales Executive - Solutions offers an exciting opportunity to engage in the early stages of the sales process by conducting feasibility assessment before committing to a project or sale to determine its practicality, viability, and potential success.
The Pre-Sales Executive – Solutions will play a crucial role in managing the sales bid process, collaborating closely with the sales/operations team to align strategies, and offering support and expertise.
• Feasibility assessment before committing to a project or sale to determine its practicality, viability, and potential success.
• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs, RFQs & RFPs
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with sales, and marketing teams to align on strategy and approach
• Providing support and expertise during the sales process
• Quick turnaround time and adaptability to schedule adjustments
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions, sales processes and MIS (preferably each week)
• Conducting thorough needs assessments to tailor solutions to client requirements
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
• Assisting in the creation of sales collateral and proposal materials
• Analyzing client feedback to improve offerings and sales techniques.
• Inquisitive
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team as well
• Good at time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
Work Location – Gurugram (Work from Office)
Qualification
•MBA
•Fresher/ 3 months or more experience in market research industry
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
