Role & responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make 200-250 calls per day to prospective customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers who are actively looking for properties.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property recommendations.
  • Data Management: Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions and update leads in the CRM system.
  • Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential buyers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 1-4 years in telesales, presales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are welcome
  • Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
