Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Presales Executive will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing demonstrations of our solutions, preparing proposals, and offering technical support to the sales team. You will work closely with potential customers to determine their requirements and establish how our solutions can best meet their needs. Additionally, you will support the preparation of presentations, manage client communications, and assist in developing sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of VoIP solutions and telecommunications
• Experience in preparing proposals and delivering product demonstrations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide relevant technical support
• Experience in client relationship management
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in a presales or sales support role is a plus
