Presales Executive

The key responsibilities for this position include collaborating with the Sales and Solutions teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling product and service presentations and demonstrations. Additionally, you will respond to RFIs, RFPs, and technical questionnaires with accuracy and strategic insight. Supporting solution design by liaising with internal technical teams and ensuring alignment with customer requirements is a crucial part of this role. It will be essential to develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of the company's integration services, tools, and frameworks. Assisting in preparing commercial proposals and cost estimations, as well as building strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and align our offerings accordingly, are also key responsibilities. Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the service integration space is another important aspect of this role. The location for this position is Bhopal. The required skills and qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. You should have 2-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales support role. A strong understanding of IT service management, systems integration, cloud services, and enterprise architecture is necessary. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Proficiency in preparing and delivering engaging presentations and proposals is required. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset are also important attributes for this role.,
