Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive
Location: Noida, Sector 1Company: Elcom DigitalExperience: 0–1 yearAbout the RoleWe are looking for a confident and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by generating leads, understanding client needs, and presenting our IT/software solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and online demos.
● Understand customer requirements and share suitable product information.● Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and detailed product discussions.● Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.● Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and basic product documentation.● Build strong relationships with prospects to support the sales conversion process.
Skills & Qualifications
● Graduate in any field (preferred).● Fluent communication skills (verbal & written).● Confidence in interacting with clients over calls and meetings.● Basic understanding of IT/software products (training will be provided).● Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
