Location: Gurugram (On-site)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience: Freshers (BBA or MBA)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the interior design

sector.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems regularly.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with design and project teams for client presentations.
• Support in building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or Master’s degree (MBA) — Freshers encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales, customer interaction, and the interior design industry.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
