You are an experienced Retail Interior Fit-Out Assistant Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of retail and commercial interior projects. Your expertise in estimation, BOQ preparation, site supervision, project planning, quality control, and surveys will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing project timelines, resources, and workflow strategies to ensure smooth execution. You will be preparing cost estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), and budgets to manage project finances. Conducting site surveys, inspections, and supervision to ensure adherence to project specifications will be part of your duties. Maintaining high standards of workmanship, materials, and finishing quality throughout the project will be essential. You will also work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely material procurement and execution. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, safety norms, and company policies will be a key aspect of your role.
