Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
Follow up with potential clients to understand requirements and convert them into qualified leads.
Coordinate with the Sales team to schedule meetings or demos.
Maintain call logs, lead status, and daily/weekly reports.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, English, and Kannada.
Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or outbound calling roles.
Good understanding of CRM tools and lead management.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
Strong persuasion, follow-up, and customer handling skills.
Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Any graduate/postgraduate (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in presales, outbound calling, or BPO/customer support roles.
