As a Junior Pre-Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by preparing proposals, documentation, and client communications. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring the smooth execution of pre-sales activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and maintaining sales proposals, RFP, RFQs, presentations, and related documentation. - Collaborate with the sales and technical team to understand client requirements and provide necessary support. - Communicate with clients to gather and clarify requirements when needed. - Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and sales-related documents. - Conduct basic market research to support sales strategies. - Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of pre-sales activities. - Ensure timely responses to client queries and follow-ups. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years' experience. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Strong documentation skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to understand technical and business requirements. - Attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a team and support multiple stakeholders. - Prior experience in a pre-sales or sales support role is a plus.
