Presales Engineer

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process.
• Understand client requirements and design customized security solutions aligned with their business needs.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in

  Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Firewall technologies, SSE, SASE, and Cyber Security concepts

  .
• Develop and present product portfolios and technical solution designs to clients in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
• Prepare

  BOQ (Bill of Quantity) estimations

  , solution proposals, and technical documentation.
• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs), demos, and presentations for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to ensure solutions are viable and cost-effective.
• Stay updated on emerging security technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in

  Cisco, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto security solutions

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  Firewall, SSE (Security Service Edge), SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), and Cyber Security frameworks

  .
• Proven ability to create

  solution designs, technical presentations, and BOQ estimations

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions confidently and represent the organization technically.
• Relevant certifications (CCNP Security, PCNSE, CCSA/CCSE, etc.) will be an added advantage.
