Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer located in Noida. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and conducting product demonstrations. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales teams, staying updated on industry trends, working with engineering teams on product specifications, and ensuring that solutions meet regulatory standards and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Audio Video, wireless and wired networking, data centers, and borderless networks
• Experience with project management and quality assurance processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in ICT infrastructure or related domains are a plus
• Previous experience in a presales or technical sales role is preferred
