Presales Consultant

• Conduct in-depth product demos (both online and onsite) tailored to the specific needs of prospects.
• Showcase the ERP system’s features and benefits in a way that aligns with the client’s business processes.
• Understand client pain points and present the solution in a clear and compelling manner.
• Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, processes, and goals.
• Map the client’s needs to the functionalities of the ERP system and propose relevant solutions.
• Provide insights into how the ERP can optimize client operations and improve efficiencies.
• Offer guidance on pricing models and provide input for creating tailored proposals.
• Answer technical questions from prospects and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the ERP system’s capabilities.
• Liaise with the technical team to provide accurate and feasible solutions for complex requirements.
• Assist in customizing demonstrations or offering proof-of-concept configurations as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and trust-building.
• Provide pre-sales support and guidance throughout the client engagement process.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand the client’s pain points and tailor presentations and demos accordingly.
• Occasionally provide internal training sessions to the sales team on new features or updates to the ERP system.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
