Conduct in-depth product demos (both online and onsite) tailored to the specific needs of prospects. Showcase the ERP system’s features and benefits in a way that aligns with the client’s business processes. Understand client pain points and present the solution in a clear and compelling manner. Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, processes, and goals. Map the client’s needs to the functionalities of the ERP system and propose relevant solutions. Provide insights into how the ERP can optimize client operations and improve efficiencies. Offer guidance on pricing models and provide input for creating tailored proposals. Answer technical questions from prospects and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the ERP system’s capabilities. Liaise with the technical team to provide accurate and feasible solutions for complex requirements. Assist in customizing demonstrations or offering proof-of-concept configurations as needed. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and trust-building. Provide pre-sales support and guidance throughout the client engagement process. Work closely with the sales team to understand the client’s pain points and tailor presentations and demos accordingly. Occasionally provide internal training sessions to the sales team on new features or updates to the ERP system.
