Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries related to Jindal Realty projects.
Explain project details, property features, pricing, and offers to interested prospects.
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
Schedule and confirm site visits for prospective buyers.
Maintain and update the lead database/CRM with accuracy.
Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure strong engagement.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and site visit confirmations.
Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Graduate in any discipline.
14 years of experience in telesales/presales/customer service; experience in
real estate calling
will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
