Presales - Bid Management

As a Senior Associate based in Chennai with 3-8 years of experience, your role will primarily involve pre-sales activities in Digital Engineering services (Application development, Support/Maintenance) and Infrastructure services (Cloud, Infra, security). **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end pursuit activities, taking ownership of bid management for deals. - Coordinate stakeholder relationships with Sales, Delivery, IT, finance, and legal teams throughout the bid cycle. - Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to design and develop solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements. - Articulate executive summaries and win themes as part of the proposal submission. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of pricing models and industry benchmarking. - Analyze bid details, identify win themes, and assess associated risks for project proposals. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-8 years of experience in a similar pre-sales role, preferably in the digital engineering or infrastructure services domain. - Proven track record in end-to-end bid management and pursuit activities. - Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Understanding of pricing strategies and benchmarking techniques. - Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional certifications in sales or project management would be advantageous.
