About the Role

Presales Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales documents, quotations and client proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) for presales requirements.
• Maintain CRM/sales databases with up-to-date client and opportunity information.
• Support tender/bid documentation and compliance checks.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline and presales activities.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day support for the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Business / Commerce / Engineering / or related field.
• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in presales / sales coordination / back-office support.
• Strong knowledge of

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
