As a Preboarding Admin Specialist at AMS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Your responsibilities will include coordinating preboarding activities, maintaining compliance with company policies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate a positive onboarding journey. Your key accountabilities will involve executing daily preboarding tasks, coordinating documentation and background checks, communicating effectively with recruiters and candidates, identifying and resolving issues in the preboarding process, and supporting process improvements.
