Pre School Center head

As a Center Manager at our preschool located in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Navi Mumbai, Kamothe, Koparkhairane, Panvel), you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of preschool operations to ensure excellence in every aspect. Your strong leadership, sales acumen, and organizational skills will be essential in driving student admissions, maintaining academic standards, and fostering positive parent relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive admissions by engaging proactively with parents and achieving high conversion rates - Track and manage admissions data using CRM and collaborate with sales teams for lead generation - Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum and monitor staff performance - Maintain strong parent relationships through regular communication and resolution of concerns - Supervise teaching and support staff, conduct meetings, reviews, and training sessions - Ensure smooth center operations, compliance with safety protocols, and manage finances effectively - Plan and execute center events, encourage parent participation, and collaborate with marketing teams - Record and resolve student incidents, handle parent complaints professionally, and resolve conflicts within the team **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or related field - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in preschool/kindergarten management, preferably in leadership roles like Center Head or Coordinator - Certification in ECCEd or Preschool Management would be advantageous In this full-time role, your technical proficiency in CRM and ERP tools, along with your strong financial and marketing management skills, will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our preschool center. Your excellent team management, relationship-building, and communication skills will contribute to a positive work environment and enhance the overall student experience.
