Job Description

As a dynamic and driven Pre-Sales professional with 2-4 years of experience, your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions with clarity and confidence. Your responsibilities will also include bids/tender management, designing customized proposals, and offering consultative insights to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clarity and confidence. - Manage bids and tenders effectively. - Design customized proposals and solution documents in collaboration with technical teams. - Provide technical expertise during sales cycles to address customer queries. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative insights. - Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape. - Conduct client visits and software product demos. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, software development, or related roles. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong understanding of technology domains (Cloud, SaaS, IT Services, Software, etc.) and ability to learn new tools quickly. - Proven ability to assist in solutioning, proposals, and client-facing presentations. - Results-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
