Pre-Sales Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant at Noida location, you will play a crucial role in being the main point of contact for technical discussions between customers and IDEMIA. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 2 to 5 years of experience, with a focus on eSIM, UICC, USIM, etc. - Understanding customer technical requirements and identifying suitable products from IDEMIA's product roadmap - Promoting IDEMIA products and services to customers - Providing continuous technical support to sales team and assisting in sales presentations, tender responses, and proposals - Managing product selection process to ensure alignment with customer requirements - Participating in project delivery and technical implementation - Coordinating final product validation with customers - Maintaining strong relationships with customers" technical teams - Engaging in product specification reviews to influence product evolution - Assisting in resolving quality complaints and coordinating responses to customers - Promoting and implementing standard products for small to medium size customers - Working under close supervision This role offers an opportunity to work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical counterparts to deliver technical solutions effectively.,
