Pre Sales Manager

Role Overview: As an Experienced Inside Sales Manager in the Real Estate sector, your role will involve overseeing the call center team operations to achieve set targets for calls and conversions. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions for both freshers and the existing team, including ongoing development sessions and mock sessions. Additionally, you will handle escalated customer complaints, provide timely resolutions, and monitor the lead generation process with the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee call center team operations with set targets for calls and conversions - Conduct training sessions for freshers and ongoing development sessions for the existing team - Conduct mock sessions and performance reviews regularly - Impart training on new project tie-ups - Handle escalated customer complaints/enquiries and provide timely resolutions - Monitor lead generation process with marketing team and generate daily call reports - Prepare customer feedback reports and pre-sales metrics Qualifications Required: - Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate the team - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle customer queries and issues - Understanding of real estate market trends and sales techniques - Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software for database management Please note: This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, and a performance bonus.
