Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Pre Sales Executive at Oratrics. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for tasks such as cold calling, trial class booking, and presentations to enhance the growth of the organisation. Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound and Inbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads, providing information about Oratrics Platform demo classes. 2. Lead Engagement: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication. 3. Demo Class Coordination and Bookings: Schedule and confirm a minimum of 6 demo class bookings each day, ensuring alignment with lead preferences and availability. 4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system. Document feedback and any special requests or requirements expressed by leads during the onboarding process. 5. Revenue Target Achievement: Meet a weekly revenue target of 25 successful demo class bookings. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience (6 months-1 year)in customer service, telemarketing, or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Shift details - 10 hours shift (6 days) Week off - Monday Location -Remote Australia- 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (IST) India- 11:00 AM to 09:00 Pm (IST) Middle East- 2:00PM to 12:00 PM (IST) North America- 10:00PM to 8:00 AM (IST)
