Proposal Management: Coordinate and manage the entire proposal process from initial interest to final submission, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met. Documentation: Prepare, edit, and review proposal documents to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with client expectations and company standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical, and legal departments, to gather necessary information and inputs. Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine and improve BID/RFP processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
