Description
Pre-Sales Collaborate with the sales team to understand client goals and craft customized digital marketing and web development solutions. Conduct discovery sessions and gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Prepare business proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and project cost estimates. Create and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and supporting technical documentation. Liaise with design and tech teams to define feasible, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. Business Analysis Translate client requirements into functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and workflows. Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvement areas and strategic gaps. Define KPIs, ROI metrics, and success benchmarks for ongoing and new projects. Post-Sales / Delivery Support Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams during project execution. Monitor project timelines, manage client expectations, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Validate outputs against requirements, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support the QA process. Collect post-delivery feedback and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years in a Business Analyst or similar client-facing role. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, SMM, Email, etc. Familiarity with web development processes, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and site architecture. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in preparing pre-sales documentation and managing client onboarding. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
