The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, creating proposals, and collaborating with the sales and technical teams. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying prospects, responding to inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. The role is pivotal in driving the pre-sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and services. • Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients over the phone. • Respond to incoming inquiries and provide relevant information to potential customers. • Schedule meetings or site visits for interested clients with the sales team. • Maintain a database of client information and update records regularly. • Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with potential buyers. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. Requirements: • Fresher or minimum 1 years of experience in real estate. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to inspire teams and drive results.
