About The Role

We are looking for a

Pre-Sales Document Specialist

who can create

visually compelling pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations

. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in

data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling

, with the ability to translate complex solutions into simple, impactful narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Draft graphically rich client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and pitch decks.
Analyze and interpret data to derive insights and showcase them through the right graphs, charts, and infographics.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create customized industry-specific decks.
Ensure presentations align with branding, storytelling, and client requirements.
Maintain a repository of templates, case studies, and visuals for quick turnaround.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of data visualization and chart selection (bar, line, pie, waterfall, heat maps, etc.).
Ability to convert data into meaningful business insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong eye for design aesthetics + business storytelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Data Analytics.
3–6 years in pre-sales documentation, presentation design, or sales enablement.
Exposure to IT/Software services or consulting preferred.
