Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a

Pre-Sales Document Specialist

who can create

visually compelling pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations

. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in

data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling

, with the ability to translate complex solutions into simple, impactful narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Draft
graphically rich client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and pitch decks
.
Analyze and interpret data to derive insights and showcase them through the right
graphs, charts, and infographics
.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create
customized industry-specific decks
.
Ensure presentations align with
branding, storytelling, and client requirements
.
Maintain a
repository of templates, case studies, and visuals
for quick turnaround.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in
PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator
.
Knowledge of
data visualization and chart selection
(bar, line, pie, waterfall, heat maps, etc. ).
Ability to
convert data into meaningful business insights
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
.
Strong eye for
design aesthetics + business storytelling
.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in
Business, Marketing, Communications, or Data Analytics
.
3 6 years in
pre-sales documentation, presentation design, or sales enablement
.
Exposure to
IT/Software services or consulting
preferred.
